I used to workout often. It felt great to start the day off at the gym. With time, I have created many excuses not to go. In this new year, I plan on making it a part of my everyday routine again. Let's do it already!

I am BIG on procrastination, especially when some test is coming up. Maybe I get tired, or maybe I do not care enough. This year, I would like to procrastinate less and be able to have free time I can dedicate to myself, friends, and family. Just stop procrastinating already!

No matter how busy out lives get, we should always make time to dedicate to those who need it most. Plan to dedicate a few hours this year to charity work! You might not think a few hours will make a difference, but when you see their smiles, you will learn this is not true.
