New Year's Resolutions You Should Add To Your List

It is the second day of 2017 and everyone, even if they deny it, has a list of resolutions even if it is in the back of their minds.


I used to workout often. It felt great to start the day off at the gym. With time, I have created many excuses not to go. In this new year, I plan on making it a part of my everyday routine again. Let's do it already!




Now, you already know I love my pizza and chocolate! My friends make fun of me every time I say I need to eat better, but I do not think they understand that when I eat better I feel better. It is not about how I look, but more about how I feel. Don't you feel better after a good workout also?



I am BIG on procrastination, especially when some test is coming up. Maybe I get tired, or maybe I do not care enough. This year, I would like to procrastinate less and be able to have free time I can dedicate to myself, friends, and family. Just stop procrastinating already!





Start every morning with a positive thought so your day is brighter.


No matter how busy out lives get, we should always make time to dedicate to those who need it most. Plan to dedicate a few hours this year to charity work! You might not think a few hours will make a difference, but when you see their smiles, you will learn this is not true.
